Is It Real Food or Not?

A healthy diet begins with eating real food: vegetables, fruits, whole grains, fish and meat, and minimally processed foods and meals made from them. And how do you know if something is overprocessed? As Michael Pollan put it, if your grandmother wouldn’t recognize it as food, don’t eat it.
